For these cakes we are using fructose instead of sugar. This has the same taste as sugar, but even those who have diabetes or care about their shape can eat them. We guarantee that you will not taste the difference! If however you would like them to be sweetened by sugar, please indicate it as a remark on the below order form.
Upon request we can make cakes, pastries, specialties without flour, milk or egg as well.
